The cuisine in the BARn under Oaks restaurant is crafted from locally-sourced goods, including game, lake fish, the bounties of nearby forests, and items we produce ourselves or from the fellow farms of Pushkinskiye Gory.
Our sincere desire is to please all of our guests, which is why, in response to your helpful comments and requests, our once Russian-centric menu has adopted some more eclectic options: traditional Russian meals are now offered alongside romantic French specialties, and nutritious rural food is prepared for today's more adventurous modern gourmands.
